Content planning for teams

Plan social media as a team, without the chat overload

Once there are two of you, a shared note doesn't cut it anymore. Who's posting what, who approved it, who's still waiting on feedback? These questions eat time every day, and come up again tomorrow.

Why solo workflows break with two people

When you work alone, a simple process is enough. Add a second person and friction appears immediately: decisions made over chat, duplicate drafts, unclear ownership. The question 'who's handling this?' doesn't get easier with more messages, it gets easier when responsibilities are visible to everyone, not just in someone's head.

Roles, drafts, and approvals

A post that goes live without errors usually passes through more than one person: someone writes it, someone reviews it, someone approves it. When these steps stay informal, things fall through. An explicit approval step keeps unfinished posts from going public and makes it obvious where something is stuck. Less rework, fewer awkward moments.

Accountability without micromanagement

Nobody wants to keep asking whether a task is done. And nobody wants to keep being asked. When the status of every task is visible to the whole team, most of that back-and-forth disappears on its own. Everyone stays in the loop without anyone having to actively manage the overview.

How Impulio supports your team's workflow

Assign tasks

Assign posts or tasks directly to a team member and track progress to completion. Everyone knows what they're responsible for, no follow-ups needed.

Approvals before publishing

Posts go through an approval step before they're published. The person who needs to approve sees it right away, catching mistakes before they go public.

Shared accounts and activity history

All team members work on the same social media accounts. The activity feed shows who changed what and when, transparent for everyone involved.

FAQ

Which plan do I need for team features?

Team features (assignments, approvals and shared accounts) are on the Business plan. On Free and Pro you can use everything else, but you can't add more people.

How do approvals work?

A team member creates a draft and submits it for review. An admin or editor checks the post and approves it, only then can it be published or scheduled. No post goes live unchecked by accident.

Can clients review posts?

Yes. The approval workflow can include external people, like clients, who can view and sign off on posts before they're published. Control stays with the people who need it.
