In the "Planner" you can see all your scheduled posts in a calendar view. Switch between month and week views. Simply drag and drop posts to another date to reschedule them. Click on a day to create a new post there.

In which timezone are my posts published?

In your profile timezone. You set it under "Settings" → "Profile", and the scheduling dialog shows it when you pick a date. Schedule a post for 6 pm and it goes out at 6 pm in that timezone, no matter where you happen to be. Rescheduling in the calendar keeps using your profile timezone too.

Which platforms are supported?

Impulio currently supports Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, Twitter/X, Bluesky, Pinterest, and Mastodon. For Twitter/X you schedule posts and publish them manually via a reminder; a direct connection is not available there at the moment. You can plan a post for multiple platforms simultaneously and customize the content individually.

How do I edit or delete a scheduled post?

Click on the post in the post list or calendar. In the opened editor, you can adjust all details. To delete, find the option in the post's three-dot menu. Already published posts cannot be edited.

In "repeating" mode the queue starts over after the last post, so the sequence never ends. In "one-off" mode each post goes out exactly once and the queue empties. You can also have the order shuffled.

A queue shares a fixed sequence of posts that you put together yourself. Evergreen looks through the posts you already published, picks the strongest ones and suggests reposting them. A queue means you decide the order. Evergreen means the numbers decide it.

Social media platforms limit the validity of access permissions for security reasons. When a connection expires, you'll be notified and can renew it with one click.

Open the post. The red banner states the reason in plain language, such as an expired account connection or a video that's too large. Fix the cause and click "Retry publishing". Use "Edit & fix" to adjust the post first, for example to shorten the caption or swap the media. You also get a notification with the same hint every time a post fails.

What do the most common error messages mean?

"Connection expired" means the platform wants a fresh authorization; reconnect the account under "Accounts". "Video too large" or "too long" means the file exceeds the platform's limit; upload a smaller or shorter version. "Missing permissions" means a right wasn't granted during connect; reconnect and allow everything that's requested. And if the platform itself rejects the post, a second try a few minutes later often does the trick.

Impulio checks your post against the target platform's rules while you're still scheduling and warns you about problems like text that's too long or too many media files. Take those warnings seriously and very little will fail later. The second lever: keep your account connections fresh. When one expires, you'll see it under "Accounts" and in the Today view, and renewing takes one click.
