How to bring your content out of Metricool
Metricool offers a CSV export of the planning calendar on all plans (as of 11 June 2026). The move takes three steps:

In Metricool, use the CSV export of the planning calendar (instructions: help.metricool.com).

Upload the file to Impulio under Posts → CSV import with the Metricool preset – Impulio maps the columns automatically.

Review and done: text, date, image links and first comment are taken over. One scheduled post is created per activated platform.

Yes. Export your planning calendar in Metricool as CSV (included on all Metricool plans) and upload the file to Impulio with the Metricool preset. Text, date, image links and first comment are mapped automatically. Drafts and Google Business Profile posts are not imported. As of 11 June 2026.
Are there add-on costs with Metricool and Impulio?
With Metricool, per the pricing page, X/Twitter on paid plans is only available as a paid add-on per connected account (as of 11 June 2026; current terms: metricool.com/pricing). With Impulio there are no surcharges per platform; on the Free plan, X/Twitter and YouTube are not available.
Metricool is an EU company too – what's different?
Metricool is based in Spain (EU). Impulio is built and hosted in Germany (IP-Projects), prices are shown in euros incl. VAT, and there are no surcharges per platform. How much weight these points carry is your call.
Can I leave Impulio at any time?
Yes. The data export – including all posts and media files – is included on every plan. Paid plans end with the respective billing period: monthly on monthly billing, yearly on annual billing (see our terms for details).
