How to bring your content out of Buffer
Buffer currently offers no export of scheduled posts (as of 11 June 2026, per the Buffer help center). These steps still get you moved in an orderly way:

Back up published posts: use Buffer's CSV export for published posts (per the Buffer help center available on paid plans; media files are not included; instructions: support.buffer.com). As of 11 June 2026.

Transfer scheduled posts: copy the texts from your Buffer queue – or use a CSV spreadsheet with the columns “Text”, “Image URL” and “Posting Time”. That exact format is understood by the Impulio CSV import with the Buffer preset.

Import into Impulio: go to Posts → CSV import, upload the file and pick the Buffer preset. Text, date and image links are taken over – then connect your accounts and you're done.

Can I migrate my scheduled Buffer posts automatically?
Buffer currently offers no export of scheduled posts (as of 11 June 2026). If you scheduled your posts in Buffer via a bulk-upload spreadsheet, you can import that exact file into Impulio with the Buffer preset. Otherwise, copy the texts from your queue into our CSV template.
How does Impulio's pricing compare to Buffer?
Impulio costs €0 (Free), €9.99 (Pro) or €24.99 (Business) per month, each incl. VAT and independent of the number of channels up to your plan limit. Buffer bills per connected channel in US dollars; current Buffer prices are at buffer.com/pricing. As of 11 June 2026.
Where is my data stored with Impulio?
Your data is stored on servers in Germany (IP-Projects). If you use optional AI features, individual pieces of content are transmitted to AI providers in the USA for processing – see our privacy policy for details. Payments are processed by Mollie, based in the EU (Netherlands).
Can I leave Impulio at any time?
Yes. The data export – including all posts and media files – is included on every plan. Paid plans end with the respective billing period: monthly on monthly billing, yearly on annual billing (see our terms for details).
