Withdraw contract
Withdraw your contract online under § 356a BGB.
As a consumer you can withdraw from your contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving any reasons. Use the withdrawal function below to do so.
After you submit, you will immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email, including the date and time of receipt. We then review whether the withdrawal is effective and get back to you.
You do not need an account to withdraw. In the next step, simply enter your name, your order or contract number, and the email address you booked with.
