Is the Free plan really free forever?

Yes, no strings attached. 2 accounts, 30 posts scheduled at once, no credit card. That's not changing.

Which platforms are supported?

Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest, and Mastodon, plus Twitter/X with scheduling and a reminder for manual publishing. You can schedule and publish posts across multiple platforms at once.

How does the Idea Box work?

Describe your topic or niche. Impulio suggests matching content ideas. Like one? Save it to your library or turn it into a post right away.

Are my posts published automatically?

Yes, once you connect your account. Posts go live at the scheduled time. For platforms without API access, you get a reminder.

Can I cancel anytime?

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at the end of the billing month. Annual subscriptions have an initial term of one year, paid in advance, and can be cancelled at the end of that year. They then continue indefinitely, still billed annually in advance at the regular price; cancel with one month’s notice, or at the end of the paid period if earlier. Unused prepaid fees are refunded pro rata.

Can my price suddenly go up after I sign up?

Where is my data stored?

On servers in Germany (IP-Projects), encrypted. We follow the GDPR and never sell data to third parties. Some features, such as the AI assistance, use providers in the EU and the US under EU standard contractual clauses; details are in our privacy policy.

Are there team features?

In the Business plan, yes. Invite team members, plan together, use approval workflows.

Impulio is built for creators and small teams. The focus is planning and reliable publishing. Hosted in Germany, built around the GDPR, with a built-in Idea Box for content blocks. The free plan is permanently free, with no time limit.

Voltis are credits for creative features. Text suggestions cost 1 Volti, image edits cost 3. Free plan gets 10 per month, Pro gets 100, Business gets 500.

Can I automatically turn long videos into short clips?

Yes. Upload a long video and you get the best moments suggested, which you turn into a 9:16 clip with captions, ready for Reels, Shorts and TikTok.
