How to move from Later to Impulio
Per its help center, Later offers no export of your post content; analytics metrics can be exported as CSV (as of 11 June 2026, source: help.later.com). The move therefore runs via the Impulio template:

Open your Later calendar and copy the captions of your scheduled posts.

Download the Impulio CSV template (in the CSV import dialog) and fill in the “caption”, “platform” and “scheduled_at” columns. Add media as public links or upload them later in the media library.

Upload the file under Posts → CSV import – Impulio creates your posts as scheduled posts.

Optional: export Later analytics as CSV (on Later paid plans) if you want to archive metrics of past posts.

Frequently asked questions
Can I migrate my Later posts automatically?
Per its help center, Later currently offers no export of post content (as of 11 June 2026). You copy your texts from the Later calendar into the Impulio CSV template and import them in one go; the effort depends on the size of your content plan.
What does Later's social-set model mean for the price?
A Later “social set” covers up to 8 profiles – but only one per platform. Two Instagram accounts therefore require a second set. With Impulio, the plan limit (e.g. 5 accounts on Pro) applies regardless of how your accounts are spread across platforms. As of 11 June 2026.
Where is my data stored with Impulio?
Your data is stored on servers in Germany (IP-Projects). If you use optional AI features, individual pieces of content are transmitted to AI providers in the USA for processing – see our privacy policy for details. Payments are processed by Mollie, based in the EU (Netherlands).
Can I leave Impulio at any time?
Yes. The data export – including all posts and media files – is included on every plan. Paid plans end with the respective billing period: monthly on monthly billing, yearly on annual billing (see our terms for details).
