Where is the data stored?
On servers in Germany (IP-Projects). Payment processing runs through Mollie, based in the EU (Netherlands).
How many client accounts can I manage?
Multiple. You add social accounts per client and share them with your team. How many seats and accounts your plan includes is shown on the pricing page – for larger setups we'll walk through it in the demo.
How does the approval workflow work?
Create a draft, review internally, send an approval link to your clients. They approve or comment without their own login. Nothing is published until they've signed off.
What does it cost per seat?
Current plans and seat pricing are on the pricing page. For agency setups with many client accounts, we'll discuss the right model directly in the demo.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no minimum term beyond the period you booked – you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the billing period.
